Responsibilities
- Provide a safe and healthy work environment for each and every employee.

- Oversee the processing plant’s efforts to attain metallurgical efficiency.
- In charge of the metallurgical accounting and reconciliation reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Create and carry out feed ore metallurgical testing.
- Encourage safe work practices and safety.
- To guarantee that they work efficiently, provide metallurgical staff members opportunity for training and development.
- Determine and schedule the metallurgical test work in a high-quality manner to maximize performance and oversee outside test work suppliers.
- Make a direct contribution to the sectional, weekly, monthly, and quarterly report generation process.
- Determine possible test tasks for improvement by personally examining the state and functionality of the plant.

Qualification requirements
- BSC in Metallurgy or Mineral Processing Engineering
Experience and Competencies needed.
- five to seven years of experience running and managing gold recovery facilities as a metallurgist.
- Gold plant with an intense leach experience (CIL/CIP).
- Concentrates of Copper Gold via Flotation Process.
- ocular inspection and the use of trends from the SCADA system for troubleshooting.
- Smelting and operating a gold chamber
- calibration and management of plant technical equipment.
- Accounting and Reconciliation in Metallurgy.
- Process control and plant optimization.
- Balance of plant mass.
- Creating a Budget
- Advanced Functional and Condition Formula Understanding in Excel
- Data analysis for check-in and check-out metal balance
- Administration, processing, and evaluation of samples.
