Eligibility Criteria
- citizens of the states that make up the African Union;
- individuals who have graduated from an accredited educational institution or are studying full-time in graduate or undergraduate programs (in their last year of study);
- capable in speaking Arabic, English, French, Portuguese, or Kishwahili, one of the official working languages of the AU;
- At the time of application, candidates must be between the ages of 22 and 32;
- fulfill the prerequisites outlined in the terms of reference.
