Dar Ceramica Centre (DCCL) is a prominent trading company in Tanzania, delivering exceptional construction solutions since 1995. Our operations extend across multiple regions in Tanzania, with our main office in Kawe, and auxiliary offices in Kariakoo and Gerezani, Dar es Salaam, as well as Dodoma, Mbeya, Mwanza, Geita, Moshi, and Arusha.

DCCL is offering internship opportunities to recent Tanzanian graduates in various fields, aiming to “Enhance Graduates’ Employability in Tanzania.” We seek motivated, energetic, and driven graduates to participate in our internship programme as outlined below:

DCCL Internship Programme

Darceramica Center (2001) Ltd (DCCL) backs government efforts to boost graduates’ employability in Tanzania by initiating internships and graduate schemes. DCCL aids in skill development by providing graduates with practical work experience in diverse areas. This internship programme offers unemployed graduates valuable work experience to enhance their studies and assist them in entering the job market.

  • Duration: Fixed term of 12 months
  • Note: Employment is not guaranteed upon completion of the internship
  • Compliance: The internship adheres to the “National Internship Guidelines” issued by the Prime Minister’s Office, Labor, Youth, Employment, and Disability in September 2017.
Eligibility

To be eligible for the internship programme, applicants MUST:

  • Be a Tanzanian citizen
  • Be an unemployed Tanzanian graduate aged between 18 – 30 years
  • Have completed a relevant bachelor’s degree (NTA8) or National Higher Diploma (NTA7) with a minimum GPA of 3.5
  • Have graduated between 2021 and 2023
  • Hold a valid degree certificate (transcripts or provisional results will not be accepted)

Note: Female graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

  3. Scanned copies of your university degree certificate and full degree transcript (merged into one PDF document)
