The Senior Manager Compliance will play a critical role in ensuring that TCB Bank adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. This position involves the development, implementation, and oversight of compliance programs designed to mitigate risks and promote a culture of ethical business practices within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Compliance Programs: Design and manage comprehensive compliance programs that align with local and international regulatory requirements.
- Monitor Regulatory Changes: Stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations, assess their impact on the bank’s operations, and update compliance programs accordingly.
- Risk Assessment and Management: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.

- Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Tanzanian banking regulations and international compliance standards.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulations and apply them effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely to various stakeholders.
