The Secretary of the Employment Secretariat in Public Service would like to inform job applicants for various positions who attended interviews between 10-06-2023 and 07-05-2024 that the results of the successful candidates are listed in this announcement. This list also includes some candidates who were in the database for various cadres who have been assigned workstations after positions became available.

PSRS Call for work Placement Tanzania

Successful candidates are required to collect their assignment letters at the offices of the Employment Secretariat in Public Service located at the University of Dodoma (UDOM) in the Dr. Asha Rose Migiro Buildings, Open Registry, within seven days from the date of this announcement. After this period, uncollected letters will be sent to their postal addresses.

Additionally, successful candidates who have been assigned a workstation are required to report to the employer within the timeframe specified in their assignment letters, bringing with them their original certificates starting from Form Four and above for verification by the employer before being issued an employment letter. Those whose names are not in this announcement should understand that they were not successful in securing a position. They are encouraged to apply again for future job openings.

IMPORTANT: Those coming to collect their assignment letters should have identification for verification purposes. Acceptable identification includes: Citizenship ID, Passport, Zanzibar Resident ID, Voter ID, or Driver’s License.
