With the airline’s continued expansion and commitment to providing exceptional service, ATCL is seeking skilled and dedicated individuals to join their team. The vacancies include 13 posts for First Officers and 30 posts for Captains.

First Officer (13 Posts)

Position: First Officer
Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
Posts Available: 13

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Captain in the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft.
Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations and company policies.
Conduct pre-flight checks and collaborate with the flight crew.
Monitor and manage aircraft systems during flight.
Respond to emergency situations as per standard operating procedures.

Qualifications:

Valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with a multi-engine rating.
Minimum of 1,500 flight hours.
Proficiency in English.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Captain (30 Posts)

Position: Captain
Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
Posts Available: 30

Key Responsibilities:

Command and operate the aircraft, ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers and crew.
Make informed decisions during flight operations.
Conduct pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight checks.
Manage and supervise the flight crew.
Ensure adherence to all aviation regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

Valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
Minimum of 5,000 flight hours, with significant experience as a Captain.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in English.
Ability to handle challenging situations with calmness and professionalism.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Ten (10) years contract with attractive remuneration and fringe benefits as per ATCL Salary Structure and Incentive Scheme.
