The Institute is currently looking to hire interns for roles in Finance and Procurement. Successful candidates will assist the Department(s)/Unit(s) in achieving their objectives. All positions are located in Dar es Salaam.

Finance Intern (1 position)

The Finance Intern will help with finance and accounting tasks. Reporting directly to the Accountant, this role is within the Finance and Administration Department.

Procurement Intern (1 position)

The Procurement Intern will assist with procurement plans, tendering processes, logistics, and inventory management. Reporting directly to the Procurement and Supplies Officer, this role is part of the Procurement Management Unit.

Duration and Work Schedule

The selected interns will be engaged for up to one year, depending on performance and the Institute’s needs. Some tasks may require travel.

General Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and internet search tools.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Swahili.
  • Volunteering experience is preferred but not required.
