We are seeking motivated and dynamic Executive Sales Agents (both individual and company) to join our team.

As an Executive Sales Agent (Corporates/Individual), you will be responsible for driving sales efforts. You will represent Tanzania Securities Ltd, promoting our financial products and services to potential clients. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients for stockbroking, treasury bond dealing, and fund management services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Conduct presentations and meetings with potential clients to promote Tanzania Securities Ltd’s products and services.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Actively participate in marketing activities, including seminars, workshops, and other promotional events.
- Utilize various channels (networking, cold calling, referrals, etc.) to generate leads and close sales.
- Identify opportunities for investment and engage clients to secure business.
- Provide clients with information on investment opportunities, ensuring they are informed and satisfied with their investment decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transaction details.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in financial services or related industries.
- Strong understanding of stockbroking, treasury bonds, and fund management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
Compensation: Commission-based payment structure with competitive rates.
