Role and Responsibilities
As the Director of Program Effectiveness Research, you will play a crucial role in shaping and evaluating the impact of Compassion’s initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

- Data Analysis: Leading the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to generate insights and drive continuous improvement.
