Baresh Company Ltd, a leading provider of medical supplies, is seeking 16 dynamic and motivated Sales Medical Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of medical supplies to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics within Dar es Salaam.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics. Promote and sell medical supplies to new and existing customers.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals. Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. Stay updated with the latest developments in the medical field. Prepare sales reports and documentation as required.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience, preferably in the medical or pharmaceutical field. Excellent communication skills in English and Swahili.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Candidates based in Dar es Salaam are preferred. Driving license is an added advantage.
