Key Responsibilities:
Program Assistant – Social Empowerment:
- Facilitate social empowerment initiatives aimed at improving the quality of life for community members.
- Conduct community outreach and engagement activities.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of social empowerment programs.
Program Assistant – Livelihoods:
- Support livelihood enhancement projects to boost economic opportunities for individuals.
- Assist in the planning and execution of training sessions and workshops.
- Collaborate with local partners and stakeholders to ensure the success of livelihood initiatives.
Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Relevant educational qualifications and experience in social empowerment or livelihoods programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in various regions across Tanzania.
