In an exciting development for job seekers across Tanzania, the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat (PSRS), known locally as UTUMISHI, has announced a fresh call for work placements this August 2024. This opportunity is a golden ticket for individuals looking to kickstart or advance their careers within the Tanzanian public sector.
The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat wishes to inform job applicants for various positions who attended interviews between June 10, 2023, and June 21, 2024, that the results of the successful candidates are listed in this announcement. The list also includes some candidates who were in the database for various positions and have now been assigned to workplaces as positions have become available.
Call for Work Placements PSRS (UTUMISHI)
Successful applicants are required to collect their job placement letters from the offices of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat located at the University of Dodoma (UDOM) in the Dr. Asha Rose Migiro Buildings, Open Registry, within seven days from the date of this announcement. After that period, any uncollected letters will be sent to the applicants’ postal addresses.
Additionally, successful candidates who have been assigned to a workplace are required to report to their employer within the time specified in their job placement letters, bringing with them the original certificates of their education starting from Form Four and onwards for verification by the employer before being issued with an employment letter.
IMPORTANT: Those coming to collect their job placement letters must bring identification for verification purposes. Accepted forms of identification include: a National ID, Passport, Zanzibar Resident ID, Voter ID, or Driver’s License.
