Call for Nominations:
The Secretariat of the Board of Directors invites shareholders to nominate qualified candidates to fill the vacant Board Membership position. Female candidates are particularly encouraged to apply.
Nominee Requirements:
Candidates should possess expertise and skills in Governance, Risk, Compliance, and Administration. All nominations must be made by a shareholder who is qualified to vote at the meeting and has obtained the consent of the nominee.
