Position: Direct Sales – 5 positions per branch
Supervision: Business Development Manager, at branch
Location: All NBC upcountry branches (refer to the list below)
Contract Duration: 6 months
Scope of Work: This is a commission-based opportunity with NBC to drive mass market customer acquisition in line with bank plans through proactive selling.
Job Description
Deliver exceptional sales performance by identifying and meeting customer needs through selling Liabilities (deposit) products. Provide direct “hands-on” sales support (quality lead generation and effective follow-up) to generate and convert quality leads into sales. Participate in sales activations and campaigns to meet specific targets. Achieve agreed sales targets.
Ensure all on-boarded customers are active and digitally connected. Complete account opening procedures with customers in line with NBC Bank policies and requirements before submission to operations for processing. Comply with general NBC Operational Risk & Rigour requirements, including Health & Safety standards, security of premises, KYC, and anti-money laundering regulations.
Qualifications
Education: At least a Certificate/Diploma. Minimum Age: 18 years. Knowledge of banking products. Sales-driven with excellent communication skills. Team player with individual accountability for results. Highly organized and independently motivated with strong follow-up skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to quickly assess and prioritize.
