As the Insights & Reporting specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the business’s strategic direction through data analysis and reporting. Your primary responsibility will be to provide in-depth insights that support operational efficiency and business growth. You will work closely with various departments to ensure data accuracy and relevance, helping to drive informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret complex data sets to generate meaningful insights that support business objectives. Utilize statistical tools and methodologies to uncover trends and patterns.
Reporting: Develop and deliver comprehensive reports and dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics. Ensure that reports are accurate, timely, and tailored to the needs of different stakeholders.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights. Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for process improvements and strategic initiatives.
Data Management: Oversee data collection, validation, and management processes to ensure data integrity. Implement best practices for data handling and reporting.
Qualifications
Education: A bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
Experience: Proven experience in data analysis and reporting, preferably within the telecommunications or technology sector. Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar is highly desirable.
Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in statistical software and data visualization tools. Advanced Excel skills and experience with SQL are advantageous.
