The organization focuses on promoting health, gender equality, and human rights for women and vulnerable girls. TAWIDO operates a helpline that provides awareness, counseling, referrals, and linkage to services across Tanzania.
The organization has significant experience in global HIV programs, including prevention, treatment initiation, and combating stigma. Currently, TAWIDO is implementing the USAID-funded EpiC project in Kinondoni Municipal, addressing gaps in HIV response among high-risk populations. They are seeking qualified individuals to support the project’s implementation.
1. Helpline Counselor
TAWIDO is seeking compassionate and skilled individuals to join our team as Helpline Counselors. In this role, you will provide critical support and counseling services to individuals in need, helping them navigate various challenges. Your ability to listen empathetically and offer practical solutions will be vital in making a difference in the lives of those who reach out for help.
2. Technical Officer
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Officer to oversee the technical aspects of our projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will be responsible for ensuring that all technical operations run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of our mission.
3. Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
As a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, you will play a crucial role in assessing the effectiveness of TAWIDO’s programs. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing monitoring frameworks, collecting and analyzing data, and reporting on the impact of our initiatives. This position requires a keen analytical mind and a passion for driving continuous improvement within the organization.
