As a Station Agent at Turkish Airlines, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless airport operations. Your key responsibilities include:
- Passenger Assistance: Welcoming passengers as the aircraft arrives, offering smooth coordination and communication between the flight crew, handling agent, catering, cleaning services, and customs.
- Flight Documentation: Preparing accurate and complete flight documents, placing orders for catering services, maintaining flight records, and managing the post-flight filing of documents.
- Lost Baggage: Coordinating with the handling agent to resolve lost baggage issues, ensuring prompt delivery of items to their owners, and handling compensation processes if needed.
- Statistical Analysis: Managing the statistical analysis of flight coupons, contributing to the efficient operational flow.
Skills & Experience Required:
Education: A Bachelor’s degree or a high school diploma is required. Work Authorization: Candidates must have a permanent residence permit in the respective country (Turkish Airlines does not assist with work permits).
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in civil aviation or tourism. Language Skills: Fluency in English and proficiency in local languages. Shift Flexibility: Availability to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
Multitasking & Decision-Making: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure, combined with excellent oral and written communication skills.
