As a Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for executing the bank’s sales and service strategy within the target market. You will build and manage relationships with customers, promote the bank’s products and services, and ensure adherence to the bank’s policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Implementation: Contribute to the growth of Letshego Faidika Bank by executing branch-specific sales strategies.
- Loan Processing: Ensure the timely and accurate processing of loans while adhering to company policies.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports to the Branch Manager.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to support the bank’s business growth.
- Digital Product Sales: Promote and sell the bank’s products using digital platforms.
- Customer Retention: Deliver top-notch customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing customer experience and streamlining processes.
- Deposit Growth: Contribute to the growth of the bank’s deposit portfolio by promoting relevant products.
- Loan Portfolio Management: Ensure high-quality loan portfolio management in compliance with the bank’s guidelines.
- Insurance Product Sales: Drive sales of insurance products, meeting branch-specific targets.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Growth in product sales and net pay-outs.
- High levels of customer satisfaction with services and products.
- Effective resolution of customer complaints and queries.
- Consistent retention and growth of the customer base.
- Effective contribution to deposit and loan portfolio growth.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
A Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or product role within the banking or financial services sector.
Strong understanding of customer insights, analytics, and lifecycle management. Proven ability to work with multicultural teams and interact across various levels of the organization, government, and society.
