Job Description
The selected candidate will play a key role in providing technical support to ICAP’s programs in Tanzania. This includes enhancing care and treatment strategies, working closely with healthcare facilities, and ensuring the highest standards in clinical care and quality improvement measures.
The role requires a deep understanding of health system strengthening and HIV treatment protocols, along with experience in clinical training and quality assurance processes. As part of ICAP’s efforts in Tanzania, the Technical Advisor will collaborate with both local and international stakeholders to drive impactful healthcare outcomes.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications and significant experience in care and treatment programs.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven track record in program management and technical support.
- Ability to work collaboratively with government health agencies, non-governmental organizations, and other stakeholders.
