The Finance Intern will report to the Business Controller in the Finance Department, with responsibilities centered on analyzing financial data, managing trade debtors, preparing sales reports, and participating in stock reconciliation processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze monthly stock aging and conduct stock reconciliations.
- Manage Rwanda and Tanzania trade debtors, including generating debtor aging reports.
- Prepare and distribute daily sales reports.
- Support customer service in the sales process.
- Oversee subsidy sales to ensure customer accounts align with the government billing system.
- Assist the Finance Controller with accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Participate in monthly inventory controls and stock reconciliation activities.
