JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking for a friendly and enthusiastic Guest Relations Officer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our visitors have an unforgettable experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome and assist guests as they enter the park.
- Provide detailed information about the park’s attractions, safety measures, rules, and regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Monitor guest feedback and communicate trends or recurring issues to management for continuous improvement.
- Assist in organizing events, promotions, and group bookings to ensure a memorable experience for guests.
- Perform any other tasks as needed to ensure excellent guest relations and park operations.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication skills (English and Swahili preferred).
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
