Key Outputs and Responsibilities
Preparation of samples for analysis Performing in-process analyses during the production process Operating all laboratory equipment Recording, evaluating, and reporting results promptly Applying troubleshooting and root cause identification in support of problem-solving
Maintaining, cleaning, and calibrating laboratory equipment as per schedules Conducting laboratory technical and site GMP audits Improving 5S by maintaining housekeeping and safety standards Analyzing inter-laboratory ring test samples Ensuring timely closure of non-conformances Understanding process control within a brewing/process environment

Profile
Education:
- Minimum: Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or equivalent
- Minimum: 3-6 months on-the-job training
Experience:
- 1-2 years in Laboratory, Brewing, or Packaging operation
- Experience in the Food Industry or laboratory environment
