Administrative Officer Vacancy
As an Administrative Officer at FSDTanzania, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, ensuring that the office operates efficiently and effectively. Your role will involve coordinating office activities, managing records, supporting project teams, and maintaining communication channels within the organization. You will also handle logistics for meetings and events, manage office supplies, and assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
Key Responsibilities
Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and ensuring a well-organized work environment. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation, ensuring that information is readily accessible when needed.
Support to Teams: Provide administrative support to various teams within FSDTanzania, assisting with project coordination, travel arrangements, and other logistics. Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing organizational events, workshops, and meetings, ensuring all logistical aspects are covered.
Communication: Serve as a liaison between different departments, facilitating smooth communication and information flow. Procurement: Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely procurement of necessary materials.
Qualifications and Skills
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within an NGO or financial sector environment.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Attributes: A proactive attitude, ability to work independently, and a commitment to FSDTanzania’s mission of financial inclusion.
