Key Responsibilities
The Graduate Trainee will work closely with experienced professionals, particularly the Operations Manager, to build essential skills in relationship management, customer service, and administrative support. Specific responsibilities include:
Relationship Management
Client Engagement: Assist in maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Operations Support: Work with the Operations Manager to understand client needs and propose effective solutions. Documentation: Attend client meetings, prepare reports, and manage follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
Customer Service
- Inquiries and Support: Respond to client inquiries promptly and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client issues or escalate them to senior staff as necessary.
- Logistics Oversight: Track shipments and monitor logistics processes to ensure timely delivery and compliance with customs regulations.
Administration
Data Management: Perform administrative duties, including data entry, document filing, and management. Customs Documentation: Assist in preparing and processing customs documentation with accuracy. Internal Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth and timely customs clearance processes.
Shadowing and Learning
Learning and Development: Shadow experienced professionals to gain insights into operations, client relations, and industry best practices. Tool Proficiency: Become proficient in tools and technologies used within the department. Qualifications and Skills

Qualifications:
