Job Responsibilities
- Overseeing and updating Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables
- Preparing payroll and recording entries into the accounting software
- Ensuring timely filing and payment of statutory obligations such as PAYE, SDL, and VAT
- Managing petty cash and organizing receipts, invoices, and bank slips
- Compiling financial reports
- Addressing queries from External Auditors during annual audits
- Verifying information accuracy to identify and correct weaknesses or missing data, ensuring strict compliance and high-quality performance
- Suggesting improvements based on review findings to enhance reporting quality

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related discipline
- Proficiency in interpreting and analyzing financial statements and reports
- Competence with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
