The Role: Health Volunteer – Receptionist
As a Receptionist Health Volunteer, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors at CCBRT Hospital. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing accurate and relevant information about CCBRT services.
- Responding promptly to inquiries from patients and visitors, both in person and via telephone or email.
- Ensuring the receptionist’s workstation and patient waiting areas are clean and well-organized.
- Verifying patient bookings upon arrival.
