Communication Officer
As a Communication Officer, you will be at the heart of our efforts to engage and inform our audience. You will: Develop and Execute Communication Strategies: Work closely with our team to create comprehensive communication plans that effectively convey our mission and initiatives.
Manage Social Media Platforms: Oversee our social media accounts, ensuring consistent and engaging content that resonates with our followers. Your creativity and strategic thinking will help us grow our online presence.
Content Creation: Produce high-quality content for various media channels, including blogs, press releases, newsletters, and video scripts. Your storytelling skills will be crucial in sharing our success stories and ongoing projects.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure coherent and aligned messaging across all platforms. Your ability to work as part of a team will be vital in maintaining a unified voice.
Partnership & Resource Mobilization Officer
In this role, you will be instrumental in building and nurturing relationships that support our mission. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying New Partnerships: Research and identify potential partners who align with our values and objectives. You will play a key role in expanding our network of supporters.
- Resource Mobilization Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to mobilize resources, including financial support, in-kind donations, and volunteer participation. Your innovative ideas will help us secure the necessary resources to advance our initiatives.
- Proposal and Grant Writing: Craft compelling proposals and grant applications to secure funding from various sources. Your writing skills and attention to detail will be crucial in presenting our case effectively.
- Organizing Fundraising Events: Plan and execute fundraising events and campaigns. Your organizational skills and creativity will help us raise awareness and funds for our projects.
