Main purpose of the role:
Deliver integrated volume demand plan (0-18 months rolling) for his/her portfolio.
- Observe IPM while managing the supply and stock availability of finished goods.
- Make sure the stocks in each market are available for his or her portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
- Discuss an integrated volume demand strategy (0–18 months rolling) with CD&BB for your portfolio.
- S&OP: accurate portfolio assumptions, in conjunction with pertinent parties (S&OP members) to determine projected volumes and upload data into the APO system.
- Examines past sales and market data at the proper granularity and time frame (Actual vs. Plan – Deviation Analysis) in order to refute the prediction that has been suggested.
- Recognizes previous assumptions and works with the CG Team to clean up the data.
- based on past trends and time ranges, comprehends and suggests statistical models.
- monthly reconciliation of demand shaping from the top down and share variation trend from the bottom up.
- recognizes risks and opportunities, comprehends and documents the demand drivers and underlying assumptions of the baseline projection.
- Meet the objectives for the KPIs (forecast BIAS, accuracy, DR, obsolete, etc.).
