Role Overview: Finance Manager – Input & Control
As the Finance Manager – Input & Control, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the financial input and control processes within Plan International. Your responsibilities will include ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with organizational and donor requirements, and effective financial management across various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the input and control of financial data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Managing financial reporting processes, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies, donor requirements, and relevant legislation.
- Collaborating with project teams to provide financial guidance and support.
- Implementing and monitoring financial controls to safeguard organizational resources.
- Conducting financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in financial management and control, preferably within an international NGO or similar setting.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
