Graduate Trainee Program

Airtel Tanzania PLC is seeking to engage bright, young, dynamic, highly motivated graduates with creative minds and above-average academic records for its Graduate Trainee Program.

The Airtel Tanzania PLC Graduate Trainee Program is a 16-month fixed-term contract that provides workplace experience, underpinned by a carefully designed training program. Moreover, it allows graduates to gain valuable work experience, skills, and knowledge. Additionally, they can explore their desired career paths and network with professionals in the field. Furthermore, the program aims to develop a talent pipeline of young leaders and skilled individuals for the core business areas within the company. Ultimately, it creates opportunities for unemployed graduates to develop competencies in the digital technology environment

Selection Criteria

Airtel Tanzania PLC graduate trainees will be selected based on their intellectual and leadership potential, influencing ability, and capacity to see things from a broader perspective.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems/Information Technology, Telecommunication Engineering, or FinTech with an upper second or above GPA.
  • Tanzanian citizens not more than 25 years of age.
  • 0 – 1 year of working experience post-studies.
  • Fluency in English and Swahili.
  • Excellent communication skills, leadership potential, analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, quick learning capability, adaptability, and a passion for serving customers.
