Key Responsibilities

As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the human resources functions within DRC. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with DRC’s global standards and local labor laws.
  • Leading recruitment efforts to attract, retain, and develop top talent for the organization.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to employment and labor practices.

Qualifications and Experience

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in HR management, preferably within the humanitarian or non-profit sector.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and employment practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proven leadership and management abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
