The Chief of the Prison Service is informing the young individuals listed below that they have been chosen to join the Prison Service for the fiscal year 2023/24. These youths must attend prison guard training at Kiwira Prison College in Rungwe District, Mbeya Region, and must report to the college by 07/06/2024 without exception. Failure to report on time will result in losing their spot in the training program.

After completing their Form Four schooling, young people who were chosen for interview should go to the Regional Prison Commanders’ Offices. For information on requirements and travel arrangements, those who were questioned by Prison Headquarters should report to the offices of the regional prison commanders in their respective regions.
