Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated People & Culture Trainee to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of Human Resources and contribute to a diverse range of projects and initiatives that support our people and culture strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support HR Operations: Assist in daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Talent Acquisition: Participate in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
  • Employee Engagement: Help organize and support employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Learning & Development: Assist in the development and implementation of training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and career development.
  • HR Projects: Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes and policies within the organization.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of HR data.
  • Communication: Prepare internal communications related to HR policies, procedures, and announcements.
  • Compliance: Support compliance with labor laws and regulations, company policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with HR software is a plus.
  • Attributes: A proactive and positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
