Chief Postmaster of the Tanzania Postal Corporation would like to inform all applicants for various job positions to attend the scheduled interviews expected to be conducted from 15/06/2024 to 21/06/2024 for eventual employment of successful candidates.

POSTA Call for Interview

Interviewees called for the interview should adhere to the following instructions:-

  1. Interviews will be conducted as scheduled in this announcement, with the time and venue specified for each cadre.
  2. Each interviewee must have identification for recognition.
  3. Acceptable identification includes: Resident Identity Card, Voter Identity Card, Work Identity Card, Citizenship Identity Card, Passport, or an identification letter from the local Government of your area of residence.
  4. Interviewees are required to bring their ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, starting from birth certificate, O-level, A-level, Diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s, and beyond depending on the applicant’s qualifications.
  5. Interviewees submitting Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of Results, O-level and A-level result slips WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE WITH THE INTERVIEW.
  6. Each interviewee is responsible for their own Food, Transport, and Accommodation expenses.
  7. Each interviewee must adhere to the date, time, and place assigned for the interview.
  8. Applicants who studied outside Tanzania must ensure their certificates are verified and approved by the relevant authorities (such as TCU, NACTE, or NECTA).
  9. For professions requiring registration with their respective Professional Boards, applicants must bring their Original Registration Certificates along with Work Licenses.
  10. All interviewees are directed to arrive at the interview venue forty (40) minutes before the scheduled interview time begins; and
  11. Job applicants whose names do not appear in this announcement should understand that they did not meet the criteria. Therefore, they should not hesitate to reapply when job vacancies are announced and consider the requirements of the specific announcement.
