- Birth certificate
- Restrictions on Certain Documents: Attaching Form IV and Form VI results slips, testimonials, and partial transcripts is strictly prohibited.
- Application Process: All applications must be submitted through the Recruitment Portal (http://portal.ajira.go.tz/). Applicants employed in the public service must route their application through their respective employers, and retirees from public service are not eligible to apply.
- Verification: Certificates from foreign examination bodies must be verified by the National Examination Council of Tanzania (NECTA), and professional certificates from foreign universities should be verified by the Tanzania Commission for Universities (TCU) and National Council for Technical Education (NACTE).
- Deadline: The deadline for applications is 24th August 2024. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews, and presentation of forged certificates or misinformation will result in legal action.
