Job Location : Head Office
Job Purpose:
The position entails assessing and keeping an eye on revenue collecting systems by finding and fixing faults, process flaws, and loopholes in the system. It also entails putting policies in place to reduce the possibility of system and transactional mistakes.
Main Responsibilities:
Revenue assurance
- Keep an eye on the performance of interest expenses, non-funded income, and interest income every day.
- Proactively analyze any revenue leaks, report them, and escalate any problems to the product owners so that appropriate collection measures may be taken.
- Analyze all business divisions’ income sources on a regular basis, looking for risk areas and implementing additional controls as needed.
- Take remedial action to stop and manage income leaks.
- Set up transaction alerts to keep an eye out for any leaks and to make sure prompt action is done to stop further losses.
- Examine modifications to business processes that could affect the company’s capacity to recognize, track, or collect revenue.
- Make sure that the authorized pricing are being implemented appropriately, and carry out regular checks to make sure that all prices are being charged correctly.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Structured Query Language (SQL) or any other data analytics tool. PowerBI or any other visualization tool would be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge in identifying and addressing revenue leakages.
- Good understanding of banking products or financial services sector
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications and Experience:
- a bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline, including banking and finance, statistics, actuarial science, computer science, economics, and accounting.
