Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Agents to join our team in Mbeya. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Airtel products and services to new and existing customers. You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Airtel products and services to potential and existing customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Participate in promotional events, campaigns, and activities to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales, marketing, or related fields are a plus.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications and sales software.
