Position: Sales Representative
Working Station: Kahama and Songea
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored sales solutions.
- Promote and sell Taifa Gas products, driving growth and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services to effectively support clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a sales-related role.
- Age Limit: 25-28 years.
- Skills:
- Strong computer skills, especially proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight schedules.
- Capability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driving license and ability to drive a manual transmission sales truck.
