Job Reporting To: Manager; Cybersecurity Governance & Compliance
Department: Cybersecurity
Location: HQ
Accountable for the development, upkeep, and administration of cybersecurity architectural models and the lower-level parts that comprise them. Apply, interpret, and use the cybersecurity architecture’s information to guide a variety of corporate growth initiatives, especially those involving the creation, upkeep, and improvement of technological systems.
Key responsibilities:
- assessing internal cybersecurity tactics, procedures, and systems and making recommendations for enhancements.
- Developing, preserving, and enhancing cybersecurity architectural models, designs, standards, instruments, and techniques in order to align with the Bank’s overarching objectives and plans.
- establishing and carrying out cybersecurity visions, objectives, and goals while keeping a close eye on their progress.
- proposing strategies to lower the cost of cybersecurity and technology in general.
- planning trainings to advance staff members’ expertise in cybersecurity and bank expansion.
- researching the cybersecurity landscape in order to enhance cybersecurity company operations.
- ensuring the cybersecurity teams’ efficacy, efficiency, and assistance from other teams inside the Bank.
- choose which build-versus-buy tactics to use.
- To get the best out of each cybersecurity solution, balance them. This will help the bank.

Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree from an authorized university in information technology, computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Three years or more of practical expertise in enterprise design or business analysis, or translating business needs into technological domains.
- Certifications in technology or cybersecurity architecture, such as TOGAF.
- One or more of the following cybersecurity certifications: CISA, CISM, CCSP, and CISSP.
- Certifications in ICT governance, like CGEIT, will be beneficial.
