Entry Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: PhD in the relevant field from an accredited Higher Learning Institution.
- Master’s Degree: GPA of 4.0 or above in the relevant field.
- Bachelor’s Degree: First Class or Upper Second Class with a GPA of 3.8 or above in the relevant field.
- Publications: Proven track record of sufficient publications in the area of specialization and promotion letters to the rank of Associate Professor/Professor.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in teaching, research, and publications.
2. Senior Lecturer/Lecturer

- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in teaching, research, and publications.
General Attributes for Academic Positions:
- Ability to design, set, administer, and supervise assessments.
- Ability to supervise field practices and undergraduate/postgraduate projects.
- Ability to mark student scripts and provide feedback.
- Ability to conduct consultancies and community engagement activities.
- Ability to prepare and deliver teaching materials, tutorials, and seminars.
- Ability to carry out independent research.
- Ability to mentor junior staff.
Terms of Employment: Successful candidates will be employed on a contractual basis for three years (renewable). Confirmation of the position will occur after satisfactory completion of the first year of probation.
Remuneration: An attractive remuneration package will be offered to successful candidates based on the position applied for.
