1.Cider/Apple Processing Officer
Location: Ifunda, Tanzania
Type: Full-Time
The Cider/Apple Processing Officer will be responsible for overseeing the entire cider and apple processing operation. This includes managing the production process, ensuring quality control, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the apple processing and cider production operations from raw material intake to final product packaging.
- Ensure all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Keep detailed records of production metrics and report on operational performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in food processing, preferably in fruit processing or beverage production.
- Strong understanding of quality control and safety standards in food production.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Data & IT Officer
Location: Ifunda, Tanzania
Type: Full-Time
The Data & IT Officer will be responsible for managing and optimizing our IT infrastructure and data systems. This role is crucial in ensuring that our technology supports our operational needs and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain IT systems, including hardware, software, and networks.
- Ensure data security and integrity through regular backups and security protocols.
- Develop and implement IT policies and best practices.
- Support the team with IT-related issues and provide training as needed.
- Analyze data and generate reports to support business decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
