Graduate Management Trainee Program

The GMT Program offers graduates a robust, multifunctional career path, allowing them to develop a wide range of skills and capabilities that prepare them for leadership roles within the company. This immersive program emphasizes practical learning, cross-functional exposure, and global experiences, while fostering innovation and strategic thinking.

After completing the program, the company will place participants in frontline roles, setting them on the path for long-term career growth with openness to various career tracks.
