Attention all aspiring law enforcement professionals! The Tanzania Police Force has announced an exciting call for interviews, inviting eligible candidates to join its ranks. The Inspector General of Police wishes to announce that the recruitment interview for those who applied for police jobs through the Tanzania Police Force Recruitment Portal will take place from 29th July 2024 to 11th August 2024 nationwide. Applicants from Mainland Tanzania with Bachelor’s degrees, Diplomas, and Certificates will be interviewed in Dar es Salaam at the Police Academy (DPA) located on Kilwa Road (Kurasini).

Applicants with secondary education (Form Four and Form Six) will be interviewed in the regions they selected when submitting their applications. Applicants from Zanzibar with Bachelor’s degrees, Diplomas, Certificates, and secondary education (Form Six and Form Four) will be interviewed in Zanzibar. Those in the Unguja region will be interviewed at the Zanzibar Police Headquarters, while those in the Pemba region will be interviewed at the office of the Regional Police Commander in Southern Pemba (Chake Chake).

Everyone is required to attend with their original academic certificates, birth certificate, National Identification Authority (NIDA) ID card or NIDA number, and sportswear (clothes and shoes). Any candidate arriving for the interview after 29th July 2024 will not be accepted. The list of selected candidates for the interview is attached to this announcement.
