The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat would like to inform job applicants for various positions who attended interviews between 12-06-2023 and 10-05-2024 that the results of the successful job applicants are listed in this announcement. This list of names also includes some candidates who were in the database for various cadres who have been assigned job placements after positions became available.
Successful interviewees are required to collect their job placement letters at the offices of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat located at the University of Dodoma (UDOM) in the Dr. Asha Rose Migiro buildings, the open registry, within seven days from the date of this announcement. After that, uncollected letters will be sent through their postal addresses.

Furthermore, successful job applicants assigned a job placement are required to report to the employer within the period specified in the job placement letters, bringing with them the original certificates of their academic qualifications starting from the fourth form level and onwards for verification by the employer before being issued an employment letter. For those whose names do not appear in this announcement, please be aware that you did not get a position or did not pass the interview; therefore, do not hesitate to apply again when job opportunities are advertised.
Those coming to collect their job placement letters are required to have identification for recognition purposes; acceptable IDs include: National ID, Passport, Zanzibar Resident ID, Voter ID, or Driver’s License.
