Qualifications and Experience
- Education: A degree in Engineering, Production Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a packaging or production environment, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with packaging machinery and processes, as well as knowledge of quality control and safety standards.
