Terranova, a leading property and facilities management company with a 10-year history in Tanzania, is expanding! We are looking for talented, energetic individuals to join us in various roles.

1. Camp Site Facilities Manager (3 positions)

Location: Upcountry, Tanzania Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of campsite facilities, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and control measures are strategically implemented for optimal functionality.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Property and Facilities Management or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in campsite management.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

2. Camp Site Human Resources Officer (3 positions)

Location: Upcountry, Tanzania Manage all aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

3. Camp Site HSE Officer (3 positions)

Location: Upcountry, Tanzania Monitor and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations, ensuring compliance and minimizing risks.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Built environment professions or related fields.
OSHA and other relevant certifications.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.

4. Accountant (1 position)

Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania Manage financial transactions, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in the facilities management industry.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.

5. Electrician (8 positions)

Location: Upcountry, Tanzania Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and appliances. Ensure maintenance of the power supply system and generators to minimize power outage incidents in the camp.

Requirements:

Diploma in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical work.
Skills in fixing AC, televisions, washing machines, and kitchen waste treatment are a plus.

6. Plumber (4 positions)

Location: Upcountry, Tanzania Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and drainage.

Requirements:

Diploma in Plumbing or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in plumbing work.

7. Property and Facilities Manager (Zanzibar) (5 positions)

Location: Zanzibar Manage the daily operations of properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, maximizing revenue, and minimizing costs.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Property and Facilities Management or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in property management.
Experience managing modern stadiums, public markets, and shopping centres is a plus.

8. Property Manager (Dar es Salaam) (1 position)

Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania Manage the daily operations of properties, focusing on marketing and tenant acquisition.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Property and Facilities Management or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in property management.
Marketing experience is a plus.

9. Electrical and Plumbing Technician (1 position)

Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and appliances. Ensure maintenance of the power supply system and generators to minimize power outage incidents in the buildings. Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and drainage.

Requirements:

Diploma in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering and Plumbing certificate.
