TIB Development Bank Limited is Development Finance Institutions (DFI) wholly owned by the Government of United Republic of Tanzania. The bank has been established and exists under the Companies Act, 2002. The focus of TIB Development Bank as a premier national DFI is on national projects that aim at the attainment of the Tanzanian Development Vision 2025. The bank’s mandate is to support the Government in achieving rapid economic growth through the development of industries, infrastructure, services sectors, as well as oil and gas sectors. In this regard, activities of TIB Development Bank have specifically expanded and the bank now invites suitable, qualified, and skilled applicants to fill the vacant positions: –

Available Positions

1. Senior Officer – Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation

Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive planning, monitoring, and evaluation systems. Conduct regular assessments to measure progress and impact. Provide strategic insights to enhance program effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in Economics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in planning, monitoring, and evaluation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

2. Business Development Officer

Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, Conduct market research and analysis to inform business strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in business development or sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

3. Principal Officer – Business Development

Responsibilities: Lead business development initiatives to drive growth. Develop strategic partnerships and alliances. Oversee the implementation of business development strategies.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in business development.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth.
