Key Responsibilities:
As a Trainee Assistant Loan Officer, you will be entrusted with several critical duties aimed at supporting clients and managing the loan process effectively. These include:
- Client Training and Support: Providing clients with necessary training and follow-up assistance to ensure smooth loan application processes.
- Business and Appraisal Visits: Conducting residential and commercial visits to appraise the status of loans and ensure clients are located, especially in case of defaults.
- Loan Monitoring: Monitoring loans that fall into arrears and providing problem-solving solutions to ensure repayment.
- Client Advisory: Offering advice and support to clients regarding loan applications and addressing their concerns.
Qualifications & Experience:
The ideal candidates should possess:
- Education: A diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer applications.
