Key Responsibilities
System Performance Management: Monitor and maintain system uptime and reliability. Troubleshoot performance issues and recommend solutions to improve efficiency. Technical Support and Training: Provide technical support to users for internal applications. Conduct training sessions to enhance user proficiency with IT systems.
Front-End Development: Design and implement interactive front-end components using technologies such as React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Back-End Development: Assist in developing backend solutions with PHP, Node.js, C#, and .NET frameworks.
Custom Reporting: Generate custom reports using Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) to meet organizational needs. System Improvements: Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement enhancements to existing systems.
Training Facilitation: Organize and deliver training programs to ensure continuous professional development for users. Technical Documentation: Maintain and update comprehensive technical documentation for all systems and applications.
Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
Technical Expertise
- Front-End Proficiency: Experience with React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Back-End Development: Knowledge of Node.js, PHP, and .NET technologies.
- Database Management: Familiarity with database systems such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- System Administration Basics: Understanding of system administration and basic networking principles.
