The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat wishes to inform job applicants for various positions who attended interviews between 14-05-2023 and 25-04-2024 that the results for those who passed the interviews are listed in this announcement. This list also includes some candidates from the database for various cadres who have been assigned work stations after positions became available.
Applicants who passed the interviews are required to collect their job placement letters at the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat Offices located at the University of Dodoma (UDOM) in the Dr. Asha Rose Migiro Buildings, Open Registry, within seven days from the date of this announcement. After this period, any uncollected letters will be sent to their postal addresses.

Additionally, applicants who passed the interviews and have been assigned work stations are required to report to the Employer within the time specified in their placement letters, carrying original certificates starting from the fourth form level and onwards for verification by the employer before being issued with an employment letter. Those whose names do not appear in this announcement should understand that they were not selected/did not pass the interview and are encouraged to reapply for other job opportunities when advertised.
IMPORTANT: Those coming to collect their job placement letters must bring identification for verification; acceptable forms of identification include: Citizenship ID, Passport, Zanzibar Resident ID, Voter’s ID, or Driver’s License.
